• If a fax number fails you will be allowed to change it 2 times. After 2 failed numbers the account will be closed. The account fee is forfeited and will NOT be refunded.

• It is the responsibility of the user to abide by any and all laws governing their attempt at debt collection.
  
  
• We will place an account on hold if notified in writing by legal counsel that legal proceedings are in progress.
